Pre-Project

Concept Development

Here at SunRim Energy, we provide basic engineering design depending on clients’ requirements
* In the first phase, we determine significant parameters and information
* Then we focus on the FEED (Front End Engineering Design) or the Basic Engineering Design based on the outlined parameters and information

Feasibility Study

* A feasibility analysis considering all of the critical aspects of a proposed project is conducted in order to determine the likelihood of its viability
* Our experts in this field predict whether the project is economically feasible. They are providing both preliminary and detailed feasibility studies. Preliminary studies concentrate on technical and commercial data to predict project viability with an accuracy level of ± approx. 30%.
* If the preliminary study predicts a viable project then a detailed feasibility study including accurate cost estimation, financial analysis and viability of the project in terms of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period etc. has been done
* Viability of the project in the detailed feasibility stage determines whether the project advance to the final engineering and construction stage

Technology Selection & Tie-Up

SunRim Energy provide extensive support for evaluating, selecting, and making tie-ups with Technology Licensors, Vendors, as per the project need

Project Execution

Design Engineering

* Residual basic engineering is done for utility and offsite areas.
* In FEED further engineering is done based on basic engineering or concept. During the FEED phase, most of the parameters related to equipment, piping, structures, etc. come up on the basis of the project design and a rough project investment cost is assessed.
* Detailed engineering is an important link that connects the preliminary engineering phase with the construction phase of a project. It is a systematic progression from process design and mechanical equipment selection, to control equipment and electrical supply requirements, and finally, to civil and structural design.

Planning and Project Management

* SunRim Energy has systems and procedures for efficient and effective project management, monitoring, and control.
* The team led by a dedicated project manager, comprises engineers, a site manager, a site supervisor, and team members coming from all disciplines, which contributes largely towards executing the project smoothly
* Project documentation such as daily TBT, updates, integrity, and progress are maintained and monitored strictly
* SunRim Energy has developed and implemented procedures for planning and making schedules, monitoring the project progress, developing look-ahead schedules, shortfall analysis, catch-up schedules, progress reporting, etc.

Procurement

We at SunRim Energy, provide Quality & Cost – Effective Procurement Services for all our projects within the given time schedule; using our vast database comprising of reputed Bangladeshi & International vendors.

Inspection & Expediting

* Expediting & Inspection of critical equipment at the vendor’s workplace area is a vital part of the Procurement activities of any project.
* Expediting is an ongoing process carried out by experienced expeditors to ensure timely delivery of the product and avoid unnecessary delays due to poor workmanship or incorrect specifications.
* Inspection for all types of mechanical, electrical, electronic and instrumentation equipment as per the agreed Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) is done by our qualified team and sometimes, partially off-loaded to reputed third-party agencies as well.

We undertake a complete range of construction activities with the support of approved Contractors. Our Construction Team supervises & manages the site work and ensures that all necessary quality and safety measures are incorporated during the construction process.

Commissioning

Post – Mechanical completion, the Site Construction team is further joined by our Commissioning professionals to provide complete support to the Client/Licensor in order to carry out successful Commissioning and Guarantee Test-Run of the Plant.

Operation & Maintenance (O&M)

Operations and maintenance typically include the day-to-day activities necessary for the building/built structures, its systems and equipment, and occupants/users to perform their intended function. Our expert maintenance team carries out daily maintenance work and all types of preventive measures. We generally offer O&M services for all our projects.
